Refund Policy during Non-Delivery
If your product is not delivered due to issues with our courier partner, please contact us through webchat, WhatsApp, or by emailing sales@varnira.in.
Our customer support team will verify the case and initiate an instant refund to your account via the most feasible transfer method.
If you prefer the refund to be credited back to your original payment method, please note that the standard processing time is up to 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account. If you happen to receive the product from our courier partner after your refund has been processed, we kindly request that you either return the product in its original condition or return the refunded amount. This helps us maintain fairness and trust for all our customers.
Return and Refund Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
a) If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect.
b) If the product received is in a completely incorrect color or design.
c) The item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
d) Unboxing video of the product is mandatory for all of the above.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
a) The material or fabric (or) color (or) quality does not meet your personal expectations.
b) We stay as accurate to the original colors as possible with Pictures. However, due to different screen calibrations and photography, product color may slightly differ from the images displayed on the website. This, minor variation in colour is unavoidable.
c) The size does not fit.
d) Colors have faded after washing.
e) Some of our products are hand woven, so there might be slight uneveness and irregularities in the weave pattern and extra threads on the fabric.
Return & Refund Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@varnira.in with your order details, an unboxing video, and proof of purchase. All three are mandatory for a return request to be considered. An unboxing video clearly showing the damage or defect is required.
Our customer support team will review the return request and respond with an approval decision within 1-2 business days. Once approved, our customer care team will contact you. On a case-to-case basis, we will either arrange the return pickup or, alternatively, request that you carefully pack the item and ship it to the address provided.
Once the product reaches back to our office, our customer support team will inform you via email or WhatsApp. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return with us will not be accepted. Once return approved from our end, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We try our level best to check all products for any kind of manufacturing defects before shipping, and we always act in the best interest of our customers by serving high-quality products. However, the company reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any indicated damage is a manufacturing defect or whether the product has an incorrect color or design. Therefore, the final decision regarding approval of returns rests with the company.
