  • Courier charges are payable by the customer and collected during the checkout on our website.
  • All standard domestic orders will be processed within 3-10 business days from the date of purchase.
  • We ensure that all our products are securely packaged in water-resistant and tamper-proof materials.
  • If you receive a package that appears tampered with, please do not accept it from the courier.
  • For international orders, shipping costs apply and will be charged to the customer.
  • International standard orders are generally processed within 10-15 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Refund Policy during Non-Delivery
    If your product is not delivered due to issues with our courier partner, please contact us through chat on our website, WhatsApp, or by emailing sales@varnira.in.
    Our customer support team will verify the case and initiate an instant refund to your account via the most feasible transfer method.
    If you prefer the refund to be credited back to your original payment method, please note that the standard processing time is up to 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account. If you happen to receive the product from our courier partner after your refund has been processed, we kindly request that you either return the product in its original condition or return the refunded amount. This helps us maintain fairness and trust for all our customers.
